PF Department has introduced new Form 19 & 10C based on UAN(Universal Account Number) for PF withdrawal. 
Now you don't need employer's signature on the form. If your UAN is activated and you have your Bank account and KYC details updated on UAN portal, just fill these form and submit in PF office with a cancelled cheque. Your PF will be deposited in your account directly.

What is UAN?
Full form of UAN is Universal Account Number. UAN is allotted by EPFO for online and easy transfer your EPF when you will change your job. UAN can be used anywhere in India.

How you will get your Universal Account Number?

Your employer will provide UAN to you when EPFO allot it for you. You can check status of your Universal Account Number online.

How to check UAN status?

Step 1. Visit http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/
Step 2. Click on ‘Know your UAN status.
Step 3. Select your state & PF office region and enter your PF number on the field.
Step 4. Now click on ‘Check Status’. If EPFO allot your UAN, you will see a massage ‘Your UAN is allotted, kindly get your UAN no. from your employer’.

How to activate Universal Account Number?

Step 1. Keep your Universal Account Number and EPF number.
Step 2. Visit http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ and scroll down and click on Active your UAN based registration.
