Oracle APPS : Interview Preparation
Normally when we are giving interviews ,we have to be good at basics.
When a candidate mentioned that he/she has good expertise in reports.
The interviewer will test basic knowledge in sql,plsql ,exceptions,procedure ,packages.
without proper experience in this area,though the candidate is good at reports he/she will be rejected.
How he/she will be interviewed?
Interview will be categorized for basic/mid/Expert level.
Below 2 years will be considered as Junior level,between 2 and 5 years will considered as mid level.
above 5 years as expert level.
Today we will discuss ,what interviewer will expect from the candidate for junior level

Please don't use fillers while giving interviews.
