1) First, create a new AME Attribute (you call it REQ_SOURCE for example) using the SQL to retrieve the po_requisition_headers_all.apps_source_code value.
2) Then create a new AME Condition using this Attribute where REQ_SOURCE = POR
3) Then create an AME Rules for all business cases for iprocurement requisitions that has the above Condition and add the appropriate Actions) in those Rules for how you want a Requisition from iProc routed for approvals
4) You can create other AME Rules that don't have that Condition which would be for Requisitions created from Purchasing that could have different Actions that have different routing
