Cannot Cancel Tax Lines on Payables Invoice(Upgrade)
Reproducing of Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables : Invoices : Entry : Invoices
2. Click on Tax Details
3. Summary tax lines window is opened.
4. Try to choose Cancel check box, but protected against update
5. Click on 'Detail Tax Lines'
6. Try to choose Cancel check box, but protected against update
Solution
Upgraded Tax Lines cannot be cancelled due to R12 Architectural changes.
This is intended functionality.Not an issue
