Cannot Account for a foreign Currency Payment
Issue:A foreign currency check (the currency of the check is different from the base currency of the ledger) is not picked up by the Create Accounting process, and the EVENT_STATUS_CODE in XLA_EVENTS (Payment) is set to I.
Resolution : The check is a foreign currency check (the currency of the check is different from the base currency of the ledger), and the exchange rate details are not populated on the check
Run the Autorate (no parameters) to have the exchange rate and base_amount populated on the transaction. The event will get accounted once these details are given.
