Extract completed but output files are not generated, empty or cannot be viewed
Extract completes successfully but XML is empty
There may be a case where the extract might be successful but the output does not retrieve the XML associated with any of the attributes.
1) Root User Entity criteria: Please check the block criteria associated with the root user entity. Please check if the data exists in the Fusion system for the block criteria given and effective date with which the process is run.
2) Child XML block is missing: Please check the block link between the Parent and Child blocks has proper or matching DBIs chosen. Please check whehter child information really exist as per the effective date ran
3) Check the template. Template could have been loaded as wrong format.
