When selecting to Confirm Job Application on an unconfirmed application, the following errors are received:
The job application for candidate XXXX wasn't confirmed. (IRC-1590111)
The selected job applications weren't confirmed. (IRC-1590185)
Option 1: Post the Job Requisition Externally
Access the job requisition in Recruiting
Select the Posting tab
Select the button to Edit on the External Career Sites section
Drop-down on Posting Schedule and select Post Now
Select the Save button

SYMPTOMS
Problem Description:
When selecting to Confirm Job Application on an unconfirmed application, the following errors are received:
The job application for candidate XXXX wasn't confirmed. (IRC-1590111)
The selected job applications weren't confirmed. (IRC-1590185)
CAUSE
Cause:
The candidate associated with the job application being confirmed is an external candidate who is tied to a job requisition that is not posted externally.
Solution:
There are two options to resolve the issue:
Option 1: Post the Job Requisition Externally
Access the job requisition in Recruiting
Select the Posting tab
Select the button to Edit on the External Career Sites section
Drop-down on Posting Schedule and select Post Now
Select the Save button
Setting Post Now on Job Requisition
Option 2: Change the Configuration Setting to "Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted"
Access the job requisition in Recruiting
Select the Details tab
Expand the Configuration section
Select the button to Edit
Drop-down on Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted and set this to Yes
Select the Save button
