STEPS TO RESOLVE
1. In the section 'Purchase Order Distributions', you can see the DELIVER_TO_LOCATION_ID is missing for the one PO Line. The field is blank, whereas it's populated for all other PO Lines.
2. Update to the Deliver_To_Location_ID value in the PO record to resolve.
