Getting an error when trying to correct a terminated record in fusion hcm.
When trying to do is to change the termination reason of an already terminated employee.
When selecting the correct termination and submit it again for approval
Reason:
Error usually pops out when there is a synchronization issue with SOA server, Check if there is a warning above your approval rule in BPM.
(Warning Associated flex fields have been modified. It is advised to perform a synchronization operation before doing any edits. It might take few minutes for the operation to complete).
please test by clicking Start Synchronization and retest again
