Assistant requires data security access to asset books in order to accept and
process inquiries about specific assets. If a user already holds an Assets job
role, the existing book access granted to that role may be sufficient —
provided the role includes the Submit Fixed Asset Reports data security policy.
To grant access through a
dedicated custom job role, follow the steps below.
