Websphere MQ Mainframe Systems Administrator
We have opening in top MNC
Technical requirements:
Technical knowledge of Websphere MQ with a minimum of 3 years experience in
building, configuring & tuning MQ on a z/OS platform
Experience with Websphere MQ on distributed platforms
Knowledge of SMP/e with proven experience of mainframe software upgrades
Exposure to RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret security products
Perform end to end subsystem and application diagnostics
JCL /SDSF skills
Familiarity with monitoring products, eg. Omegamon, Mainview, IT Cam
Desirable:
MQ application development
Knowledge of at least one of the following subsystems a strong advantage :
CICS/DB2/IMS/ Websphere Application Server/zOS
UNIX scripting
SSL skills
Publish/subscribe administration
Understanding of audit/compliance concepts
Role Requirements:
Strong team player that can also work on their own initiative
Provide out of hours on-call support (24*7) on the team rota
Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to and good understanding of customer
service requirements
Ensure best practices for MQ environment are in place and adhered to.
Development & maintenance of operational documentation
Development & maintenance of compliance documentation for Websphere MQ
