Problem
Able shipping from the OM module and using TRIPS. Ive created a trip which has deliveries from different Sales orders for different items going to different customers.
Unable to ship this trip successful. The deliveries get a status of confirmed but the lines are still at pick released and cannot be moved to ship confirm.
Interface Trip Stop did not run on shipping and a manual run also did not help...
Resolution:
If the line status is pick released, it typically means that the move order is still open. Once it is transacted, the status should changed to Picked.
