Navigate to the ; System Administrator > Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments
1. Enter Oracle Human Resources in the application field.
2. Enter Location Address in the title field.
3. Run the query.

4. Uncheck the Freeze Flexfield Definition check box.
5. Choose New from the File menu.
6. Enter the "IND" in the code and name fields.
7. Enter a description "INDIA" and select the Segments button.
8. Define the segments.
9. Save your work.
10. Check the Freeze Flexfield Definition check box.
