1) Manage Configuration Set Migration Target Security Policy
2) Verify Source and Target Environment URLs
- In the source environment, navigate to Navigator > Configuration > Migration.
- Click on the Environment Info infotile.
- Confirm that the page displays the same URL as the target instance.
3) Create Migration Set
- In the source environment, navigate to Navigator > Configuration > Migration.
- Click on Create Migration Set from the Outgoing infotile.
- If you want to migrate all configurations, click Move All Changes for a full migration.
- To migrate only new configurations (delta migration), click Move New Changes.
- Provide a name for the migration set.
- Enter the email ID(s) of the person(s) to notify after the migration set is created. Separate multiple email IDs with commas.
- Email notifications will be sent to the specified people once the migration set is created.
4) Apply Configurations to the Target Environment
- Open the Migration page in the target environment.
- Click the Incoming infotile.
- Click the Upload Migration Set link, browse for your migration set file, and click OK.
5) Download Reports
- From the Download Report list, select the report you want to download:
- Configuration Delta Report: Displays configuration differences between the source and target environments.
Note: You can retain up to 10 configuration delta reports at a time.
- Source Configuration Report: Provides a summary of configurations from the source environment.
- Configuration Delta Report: Displays configuration differences between the source and target environments.
