Solution:
The specified subinventory is invalid to use, the profile option INV:
Allow Expense to Asset Transfer is set to No. Change the profile option to Yes or choose a valid subinventory.
System administrator-profile - system. At responsibility level select profile option INV: allow expense to asset "yes" .
