If the profile option('OM: Charges for Backorders') is set to Yes then the Calculate Price Flag will get a value of PARTIAL on the split line, so that any charge modifiers will get applied (or modifiers within a phase having the Freeze Override flag checked).
Else if the profile option ('OM: Charges for Backorders') set to No, then the split line gets Calculate Price flag set to FREEZE and no modifiers are applied.
