BI Publisher' Enterprise is a separate product requires different license from EBS.
It's versions are the current 11g version 11.1.1.7 as well as the 10g version 10.1.3.4.2.
These 2 structures (between EBS and Enterprise) are completely different.
But if you already have an EBS application, and also get the BI Publisher Enterprise application(in built)
then there is a security model that can be configured to allow the EBS users, along with their
assigned Responsibilities (as roles), to login and run reports using the EBS data.
