Sales order when released generated two pick slip & two move orders what is the issue?

1. After booking the sales order , navigate to 'Shipping Transaction Form', query orders,
and select 'Actions > Auto-create Delivery', This will create delivery number.

and select 'Actions > Auto-create Delivery', This will create delivery number.
2. In the pick rule setup form, select 'Include Assigned Lines' check-box.
3. When submitting pick release now with the above pick release rule, it will use the already created delivery and hence will have one delivery number.
