Oracle Fusion Global HR: Cannot Create Any New Hires

Problem: Unable to create any New hires

Solution:
1. Navigator>Setup and Maintenance

2. On the All Tasks tab, search for task Name 'Manage Enterprise HCM Information'

3. Click the Go to Task icon

4. Click on Edit>Correct

5. In the Enterprise Information region, set the Initial Person Number

6. Click on Submit
