Newly created Fusion Procurement approval is not working
Issue

1.Navigate:Setup and Maintenance > Manage Requisition Approvals
2.Create Requisition Approval Rule
CAUSE
User does not deploy the approval rule after creating the approval rule in Manage Requisition Approvals page.
SOLUTION
To use New Requisition Approval rule which is created in "Manage Requisition Approvals" page,
You need to deploy the Approval Rule.
So you need to click on "Deploy" button in "Manage Requisition Approvals" page after you create Requisition Approval rule
