Difference between pending workers and non workers?
Once pending worker is created and they can be converted to only Contingent Worker or Employee.
On Non Worker - The main difference is that Non-workers cannot be supervisors/managers.
Non-worker can be involved as evaluated in the main process (i.e. Goal Setting, Performance Management...)
These people can be evaluated and can be involved in all process
