The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management
2. Sales Order
3. Enter new sales order  
4. Enter line 1.1 (standard item)
5. Enter line 2.1 - ATO Model  
6. Configure line 2.1
7. Book order and results in error:
Unit List Price is required on a booked order line.
Unit Selling Price is required on a booked order line.


Solution

There was a custom defaulting rule that is defaulting value 'Freeze Price' to field 'Calculate Price' on the lines that error at booking.

When calculate price field defaults to 'Freeze Price', the price cannot be calculated, causing the error at booking.
