Is it possible to Change the Country Assign to a Legal Entity?
No We can't change the country once it was assigned.
But we can rename and can use the below solution
e.g.
in Manage Legal Entities task query your problem LE and edit.
Change the Legal Entity Identifier to something you will not user e.g. XXX
enter end date for the old LE save and close.
Now create your new LE with same name and correct country.
