2) LDG : Are usually associated with Money related objects like Element , Grade Rates etc. So when we try to create these Objects , we mention under which LDG we are creating it.
3) BUs : similarly BUs are associated with Workstructure setup objects like Job , Positions etc. So we get to see only those W/S objects under the BU selected.
