Employee into a different Legal employer after Termination in Fusion
1)search for the Person Record from
Navigator > Person Mgmt > Person Search
2. After selecting/highlighting the person record > Create Work Relationship from under the Actions Drop-down and create a new work relationship for this "global" person record with a new LE
In this way you can re-hire a terminated person record into another LE. When we say we are rehiring the Person, inside Fusion application ( with the Global Person concept ) , we need not recreate the person record. We just need to add a new Work relationship with the existing person record as per the steps above.
3. Submit the transaction
1)search for the Person Record from
