It also highlights and payroll tasks that require the users attention including tasks that are overdue. The user can drill down on the analytic to view further details.

This analytic displays information regarding the status of all active payroll flows. An active flow is any flow that has been submitted but has not as yet been completed. This data will allow the payroll user to quickly identify any areas that require attention. Using this analytic, user can view the status of each flow activity. Alternatively, they can view the status of all processes within the flow. The user can drill down on the analytic to view the checklist for the flow that provides a detailed breakdown of the status of each flow task.

This analytic provides the employee with an overview of their net payroll payments as reflected on their payslips. They can use this analytic to identify any potential issues with their payments. They can also compare payment details over a number of payroll periods. They can launch their payslip reports from this area.

This analytic provides summary earnings, deduction and payment details for an employee. It allows the payroll user to quickly compare an employee payroll results to the results of a previous payroll period.

Breakdown of Payment

This analytic provides payment information for the flow i.e. the monetary values of the payments. This will assist the payroll user when validating and balancing the payment processes.

This analytic provides the payroll user with a breakdown of all costing adjustments performed for the payroll flow including the date of the adjustment. Costing adjustments reallocate payroll costs to a different costing account.

This analytic provides the payroll user with a breakdown of all costing entries in the clearing account. The user can drill down on the analytic to view an employee level breakdown of these entries.

Balance adjustments for all employees within a given time frame.
All transactions for a given employee for a given time frame.
All reversals for all employees within a given time frame.
All balance initializations for a selected employee or all employees for a given time frame.

The Payroll Register Report displays the balances for earnings, deductions, and taxes. Use Payroll Register Reporting to show employee and group level details, such as:

Quarter-to-date and year-to-date details (includes balance adjustments

It also highlights any costing entries that have been posted to the Suspense or Default accounts and may require attention by the payroll user.
