At the time of hours, if any new hire negotiates additional vacation hours along with regular vacation, how we can provision that in fusion absence management.
e.g. Let's say all employees are entitled to get 10 vacation hours per year. But one of new hire negotiates additional 2 vacation hours per year then how that can be configured in fusion absence management?
Any fast formula needs to be configured for this or out of box configuration can help us to achieve this requirement.
