For some employee while trying to terminate using terminate enrollment, the termination is not happening.?

What is the problem?

Followed below steps

1 Navigated to Manage Absence Record Screen for employee.
2. Clicked on Terminate Enrollment for selected absence plan and provide date input value.
3. No changes in plan end enrollment date

Solution

Search the absence plan from Manage Absence Plans and "Correct" the plan (Do not do Update, as it will change as of effective date) and choose the status to "Active".

2. Go to Person search -> Go to Manage Absence Records for the person for which terminate enrollment is not working -> And try to terminate enrollment for the specific plan.
