Generate Local Requisitions for Orders
The Responsive Self Service Procurement application now allows you to source requisitions against agreements configured for local order processing. When you create a requisition tied to an agreement with 'Order Locally' enabled, the resulting purchase order will be generated within the same business unit as the requisition itself. This means that the requisitioning business unit (the unit where the requisition originated) will also serve as the procurement business unit. By using the same business unit for both requisitioning and procurement, the order creation and processing stay within a single, localized framework. This setup simplifies workflows, ensures compliance with local agreements, and improves efficiency in managing orders specific to that business unit."
